The ERS roller conveyor is a modular system that makes it possible to reach the objectives of any system, depending on the customer’s needs, on-site conditions and type of material being transported.
ERS roller conveyor, flexible and modular
The individual modules can be easily combined, it’s also easy to make changes and expansions in on-site operating systems, thanks to the modular concept. There are several types of ERS systems, straight, with curve, elevations or inclinations, input and output, for alignment and deviators.
Type 50, gravity conveyor
The non-motorized roller conveyor transports materials either manually or by using gravity along a slope and is used in assembly lines and dynamic warehouses.
Type 51, 24V motorized roller conveyor
The 24 V roller conveyor serves as a unit load conveyor with the help of a drive controller. Each section is powered with a Drive Roll that’s connected to a fixed number of rollers through an O-ring or Poly Vee timing belt.
Type 52, accumulation roller conveyor with 24V zero pressure
The 24 V roller conveyor allows the accumulation with zero pressure of unit loads with the help of a zone controller. Each zone is powered by a Drive Roll that’s connected to a fixed number of rollers through an O-ring or Poly Vee timing belt. Each zone has a sensor.
Type 53, roller conveyor with gear motor
The flat belt conveyor with permanent feed requires only one traction unit for long distances of up to 15 meters. The flat belt drive is tangential from roller to roller.
Type 56/57, motorized roller with belt support 24V
The belt on rollers is a conveyor belt that’s divided into zones and operates with zero pressure accumulation; its drive is based on 24 V Drive Roll. It’s possible to transport and accumulate small products, as well as products that are not suitable for gravity rollers. It is also suitable for performing backwards operation.
