The three axes of the robot are driven by maintenance-free servomotors. Thanks to the robust construction and the use of simple cinematics, operating costs are kept to a minimum.
Principle of the three axes
To collect entire layers, a reliable grip system is indispensable. The layer clamp designed and manufactured by roTeg encloses the upper level layer and places it on the layer plate placed behind the platform. The entire position is pushed back on the unloading table. Meanwhile, the separator that is in the lining of the packages is lifted and stored separately.
